When “spirituality” or “self-awareness” is pursued deeply enough, it culminates in "Self-realisation". When this occurs, the sense of “self” drops, and what remains becomes undeniably clear. The “aha” moment when this recognition occurs, is what is term realisation. In other words, "Self-realisation is the direct recognition of what remains when all our false identities are seen through. It refers to seeing beyond the stories and identities that we previously took oneself t
